The daily service was good and there's a bar in the reception, plus the location is very central, close to Erkel Theatre.

Everything was great, magnificent location near a subway stop, the staff were nice. Rooms were clean and absolutely brilliant and provided with a TV, comfortable bed, as example. Location: the hotel was close enough to the city center after the three and last station easily, Very near to railway station and Budapest at a very good price.

One member of the Reception Staff was excellent at his job and very helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with
The room was not properly cleaned or serviced which was disappointing. The district around Rakoczi ut and the Kaletipalyaudvar has become very run down and populated at night by prostitutes, criminals and drunken and disorderly people. It is accepted that areas around European stations are, by their nature, run down. However, the Budapest authorities are allowing the area to become a complete slum populated by undesirable people. This will damage the tourist reputation of the area and of Budapest itself.

I warmly recommend this hotel. Quality / price ratio is excellent. Very friendly, respectful and helpful staff. Large rooms, the ones facing the neighbouring streets of the Rakoczi Blvd are very quiet. Very clean bathroom, hot water and generally the hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel has a cosy and quiet yard where you can relax drinking freezing beer from giant glasses or hot coffee made like in Italy. I don't exactly know how is the breakfast cause I booked my room without the breakfast included but, from what I have seen in the morning when I went out in town, there seemed to be enough and various food on tables. Very good location, at max. 200m from Keleti train station and at about 500m from a big commercial center called Astra. The hotel is located on a blvd. where you can find banks, exchange offices, shops, metro and bus station, small bars and restaurants. So... saying in a word, the location is PERFECT. I will certainly book it again for my next trips to Budapest and I warmly recommend it.
